When it comes to choosing your wedding entertainment the options are endless.  All tastes are catered for, from rock bands to string quartets, jazz bands to harpists!  There's nothing to enhance the ambiance of your wedding and reception like live music!

And for a party later in the evening what could be better than a live band, or perhaps a DJ who specializing in a certain type (or decade!) of dance music!

And for real family appeal, try a ceilidh band with traditional Irish or Scottish dancing.  Almost all bands provide a caller who can instruct your guests so dancing ability won't be an issue.

In all cases though, be sure to satisfy yourself of the musician's track record – perhaps ask for commendations from past work.  Many music professionals will be able to provide you with MP3 files, or a CD of their work, which will allow you listen to and use for comparison.

Kid's entertainment

If you're planning on inviting kids to your wedding, it is definitely worthwhile considering the services of a mobile creche, or perhaps a clown or magician to keep them entertained.  This will allow their mums & dads to enjoy the wedding too, and avoid interruptions during the speeches!
